How Group Pricing Works
Our transfer pricing has three tiers: shared shuttle at €15 per person (any number), private minivan for up to 6 passengers at €80 per vehicle, and private minibus for up to 16 passengers at €90 per vehicle. The comparison matters for groups because the private vehicles can be more cost-effective per person than the shared shuttle once you have enough people travelling together.
At four people: shared = €60, private minivan = €80 (€20 per person more for exclusive vehicle). At six people: shared = €90, private minivan = €80 (cheaper on a per-vehicle basis). At eight people: shared = €120, private minibus = €90 (significantly cheaper per vehicle). The break-even point where private becomes competitive with shared is typically 5-6 people travelling together.
Which Vehicle for Which Group
Up to 4 people: shared shuttle is usually the sensible choice unless you have a specific reason for private (young children, night arrival, lots of luggage). The cost saving over private is real and meaningful.
5-6 people: either option is reasonable. The shared shuttle saves a small amount per person; private gives you exclusivity and direct routing. Either is defensible.
7-12 people: private minibus at €90 is almost certainly the right choice. At this group size, the shared shuttle would cost €105-180 and the journey would involve sequenced stops at other passengers' hotels. A private minibus going directly to one hotel is simpler, faster, and often cheaper.
13-16 people: private minibus at €90 is the clear option. We can also arrange multiple vehicles for groups larger than 16 — contact us by WhatsApp for quotes.
Family-Specific Considerations
Families traveling with young children should note that we provide child seats on request at no extra charge — inform us of the age and approximate weight of children when booking. For families with children under 4 who will be in child seats, the private vehicle option is usually more comfortable: you can arrange the child seat installation in advance and the journey doesn't include stops at other hotels.
For flights arriving after 22:00 with young children, private transfer is strongly recommended — a direct journey to the hotel without the sequenced drop-off of the shared route is genuinely easier.
